Use Conditions of the Application Service for Monitoring of Changes

Application Service for monitoring of changes operated by the Czech office for surveying, mapping and cadastre has been created  for provision of the service for monitoring of changes in accordance with § 55 art. 6 of the Act Nr.256/2013, Coll., about Cadastre of real estate (Cadastral Act), and in accordance with § 19 and 20 of the regulation Nr. 358/2013, Coll., about Data provision from the cadastre of real estate.

Application serves for operations with user´s account of the Service for monitoring of changes without visiting the cadastral office. It serves particularly for setting of contact data changes, change or renewal of the password, setting or change of the billing address etc. In the application the user can also access all the information having been sent to him (to the chosen contact) within one year.
Application serves solely for interactive work of the users with the purpose of operations with the user´s account. Any other use by automatic means is strictly prohibited (it does not concern the information provided via activated web service). The office is entitled to prevent such activities via technical means. The office can ask the account owner for the statement in case of making application available again.

Gathering of personal data (names, surnames and addresses of real estate owners – natural persons) via application can be qualified as infringement of the Act Nr. 101/2000 Coll., about Personal data protection, in later wording. ČÚZK will announce the suspicion of such behaviour to the Office for personal data protection. In accordance with § 45 of the Act Nr. 101/2000 Coll., the Office for personal data protection can impose the fine of maximum CZK 10 000 000 for legal person and CZK 5 000 000 for natural person for such an administrative delict.

Each user is obliged to familiarize with use conditions of the Service for monitoring of changes and to respect them. Possible changes of use conditions will be announced on the web site.
