Information according to the article 13 and 14 of the Regulation No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the EU Council from 27 April 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive No 95/46 EC (hereinafter “the Regulation“)

Provided you participate in the training held by us and dealing with the Registry of territorial identification and/or Remote access to the cadastre, we process following personal data about you:

Processed Personal Data Categories

Name and surname, municipality or construction office, having sent its employee to the training, eMail and telephone number.

Processing Purpose

Communication and service provision related to the held training.

Legal Basis for Processing

Processing is necessary for task fulfilment, which is performed within exercise of public power. Such a task is keeping of the Basic registry of territorial identification, addresses and real estates (RÚIAN) or provision of remote access to the real estate cadastre data. To ensure proper RÚIAN operation, it is necessary to train editors, as well as to train responsible representatives of municipal and construction offices in the area of remote access.

This data comes from the accounting documents (invoice etc.) and contracts you signed with us.

Data administrator

Personal data are administered by the Czech Office for Surveying, Mapping and Cadastre (ČÚZK contacts).

Commissioner for Personal Data Protection

A joint commissioner was appointed for all offices of the branch of the cadastre and land surveying (commissioner contact).

If you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the Regulation, you have the right to complain at the Office for Personal Data Protection.
