Information according to the article 13 and 14 of the Regulation No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the EU Council from 27 April 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive No 95/46 EC (hereinafter “the Regulation“)

Providing you act as a participant of an entry proceeding or another proceeding being recorded in the proceeding forms according to the § 61, par. 1 b) of the Cadastral Decree (f.i. you ask for error correction or note record), we process following personal data about you:

Processed Personal Data Categories

Name and surname, title, birth number, date of birth, address of permanent residence, data box identifier, or the post address and contact data, especially eMail and telephone number.

Processing Purpose

Conduct of administrative proceedings or other legally prescribed procedures within the cadastre administration (hereinafter “conduct of proceeding”).

Legal Basis for Processing

Processing is necessary for the fulfillment of our legal obligations (within the meaning of Article 6 (1) (c) of the Regulation) resulting from the Cadastral Act and Administrative Code.
This data for conduct of proceedings is processed based on the § 14, par. 1 b). § 15, par.3 and § 16 par.1 of the Cadastral Act. In case of other proceedings, their processing is based on the § 37, par.2 of the Administrative Code. The information about data box and post address or eMail address, for purpose of delivery based on the request of the proceeding participant, is processed in accordance with the § 19 of the Administrative Code.

Data Source

The data source are the application form and documents, based on which the rights are registered into the cadastre.

Planned Processing Time

In accordance with the existing Documentation Rules of the cadastral offices, the data are stored for 7 years.

Data Recipients

According to the § 9 of the Cadastral Act everybody has the right to look into the list of the delivered proposals or documents.

Data Transfer to third Countries

This data can be transferred to third countries, in accordance with Article 49 (1) (g) of GDPR, under the same conditions as in previous section.

Data administrator

Personal data registered in the cadastre are administered by the Czech Office for Surveying, Mapping and Cadastre (ČÚZK contacts) and processed by the cadastral offices.

Commissioner for Personal Data Protection

A joint commissioner was appointed for all offices of the branch of the cadastre and land surveying (commissioner contact).

Final information

You have the right to request a certificate proving that your personal data including other relevant information is processed in accordance with Article 15 of the Regulation.
 
If you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the Regulation, you have the right to complain at the Office for Personal Data Protection.
