Information according to the article 13 and 14 of the Regulation No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the EU Council from 27 April 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive No 95/46 EC (hereinafter “the Regulation“)


Provided you are the user of the service Remote access to the cadastre, we process following personal data about you:

Processed Personal Data Categories

Name and surname, date of birth, data box ID, address of permanent residence, bank connection, eMail and telephone number, IP address.

Processing Purpose

Provision of the service for Remote access to the cadastre data according to the § 55 par. 3 of the Cadastral Act.

Legal Basis for Processing

Processing is necessary for the fulfilment of our legal obligation (within the meaning of Article 6 (1) (c) of the Regulation) resulting from the § 55 par. 3 of the Cadastral Act. As part of Remote access services, it is also possible to obtain reports containing ownership overview from the territory of the Czech Republic. As this report can only be provided to a person who proves his / her identity, data on the Remote access user must be processed in such a way that he / she can identify himself / herself with a specific natural person – i.e. at least name and surname, date of birth, address of permanent residence. The data on the data box is processed on the basis of § 19 of the Administrative Code. For the purposes of eventual recovery of receivables in the event of non-payment for the provided data, the data on the bank connection is processed.

Data Source

This data is given to the office within establishment of the customer account by the applicant.

Planned Processing Time

At present it is not stated. Nevertheless even after termination of the service the data must be stored for the purpose of possible claims.

Data Recipients

This data is not provided to third persons.


Data Transfer to third Countries

This data is not transferred to third countries.

Data administrator

Personal data are administered by the service provider - Czech Office for Surveying, Mapping and Cadastre (ČÚZK contacts) and processed by the cadastral offices.

Commissioner for Personal Data Protection

A joint commissioner was appointed for all offices of the branch of the cadastre and land surveying (commissioner contact).

Final information

You have the right to request a certificate proving that your personal data including other relevant information is processed in accordance with Article 15 of the Regulation.

If you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the Regulation, you have the right to complain at the Office for Personal Data Protection.
