Information according to the article 13 and 14 of the Regulation No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the EU Council from 27 April 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive No 95/46 EC (hereinafter “the Regulation“)

Provided you have established the service for monitoring of changes, we process following personal data about you:

Processed Personal Data Categories

Name and surname, title, birth number (date of birth), address of permanent residence (home address), and based on the chosen way of sending messages either data box ID or eMail or telephone number.

Processing Purpose

Provision of the service for monitoring of changes in the cadastre according to the § 55 par. 6 of the Cadastral Act.

Legal Basis for Processing

Processing is necessary for the fulfilment of our legal obligation (within the meaning of Article 6 (1) (c) of the Regulation) resulting from the § 55 par. 6 of the Cadastral Act. The service is provided in accordance with the § 19 par. 1 of the Decree, on Data provision from the real estate cadastre, to persons, who have registered aright in rem to particular real estates, or to participants of proceedings concerning such a right. Therefore personal data are processed to the same extent as data on the owner or other beneficiary. The operation of the service also requires data, determining how the service user should be sent information about changes in the cadastre, and operational messages (request for payment, change of address, and change of password, message on activation or termination of the service). Such data is eMail, or telephone number or data box ID.

Data Source

This data is given to the office within establishment of the customer account by the applicant. Basic data is further compared and updated based on the data from the Basic registry of inhabitants.

Planned Processing Time

At present it is not stated. Nevertheless even after termination of the service the data must be stored for the purpose of possible claims.

Data Recipients

This data is not provided to third persons.

Data Transfer to third Countries

This data is not transferred to third countries.

Data administrator

Personal data are administered by the service provider - Czech Office for Surveying, Mapping and Cadastre (ČÚZK contacts) and processed by the cadastral offices.

Commissioner for Personal Data Protection

A joint commissioner was appointed for all offices of the branch of the cadastre and land surveying (commissioner contact).

Final information

You have the right to request a certificate proving that your personal data including other relevant information is processed in accordance with Article 15 of the Regulation.

If you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the Regulation, you have the right to complain at the Office for Personal Data Protection.
